Questions and Answers

Does the funeral director who supervises a CCMS practicum student receive CE credit? Who sends documentation to the Board? What does funeral director receive as proof?

When is the effective date requiring master training? If the embalmer/funeral director licensee takes master training course, does the licensee have to take another training course withing five years of the first course? Would five-year period begin with first effective date?

Why is each funeral home required to have funeral director who serves as manager?

Who determines that completed certificate of death must be filled with Registrar withing five days?
